How to Request Account Deletion

  1. Open your email app and create a new message to privacy@yaltopia.com.
  2. Use the subject line: Yaltopia Homes Account Deletion Request.
  3. Include the full name, email address, and phone number associated with your account.
  4. Tell us whether you want to delete only your customer account or also remove property-owner/host information if applicable.
  5. Send the request from the email address associated with your account where possible.

What We Delete

After verifying your request, we will delete or anonymize account data such as:

  • Account profile information.
  • Login and authentication records tied to your account.
  • Saved favorites and watchlist data.
  • Search preferences linked to your account.
  • Appointment requests linked to your account, where legally possible.
  • Comments, support messages, or inquiry records tied to your account.
  • Notification preferences.
  • Other personal data no longer needed to provide services.

We aim to acknowledge account deletion requests within 7 business days and complete verified deletion requests within 30 days, unless a longer period is required for security, legal, or operational reasons. We may contact you to verify account ownership before deleting data.
