• We may review, verify, edit, remove, or reject listings that violate our policies.
• Property owners and agents are responsible for compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Yaltopia Homes does not guarantee the condition, legality, or availability of any listed property.

Bookings, Viewings, and Transactions

• Viewing requests, appointments, and bookings are subject to property owner or agent confirmation.
• Availability, pricing, deposits, fees, and cancellation terms may vary by property.
• Yaltopia Homes is a marketplace platform and does not own or manage listed properties.
• Rental, purchase, or service agreements are between users and property owners, agents, or hosts.
• Users are responsible for reviewing property details and making safe, informed decisions.

Content and Intellectual Property

• Yaltopia Homes content, design, branding, logos, and software are owned by Yaltopia Homes or its licensors.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without permission.
• User-submitted content remains owned by the user, but you grant Yaltopia Homes permission to host, display, process, and share it to operate the platform.
• You represent that you have the rights needed to submit any content you provide.

Privacy

Disclaimers
